Dennis Hickey - Chief Executive Officer
Dennis is the primary principal of the company and has an extensive background in General Management, Sales and Operations. Over his 32 year+ career, Dennis has developed an excellent relationship among many of the country's largest financial institutions and credit grantors.
Since taking an ownership position of the company in the 1980's, Dennis has developed Common Collections with a strong foundation of principles based on best in class service excellence, integrity, ethics, a commitment to Customer Service and a zero defect Compliance policy.
Jeff Kerslake - President
Jeff has been with Common Collections for over fifteen years and held an ownership position for ten years. He has also held key management positions within the collection industry throughout his twenty three year career. Jeff is responsible and accountable for all day-to-day operations of the company and plays an integral part in developing and executing the company's long-term strategies.
Jeff is committed to ensuring that Common complies with contractual agreements, including all aspects of Quality Control, management and oversight of financial controls, information systems, recovery performance, company policy and practices. Jeff also manages many client relationships directly.
Jeff is a Commissioner of oaths and is a graduate of Fanshawe College, with his majors being Law and Security.
Todd Koyama-Asada - Vice President
Todd is a collection agency industry veteran of twenty five years and has been with Common Collections for over nine years. He has served in various roles within the industry such as Collection Manager, Senior Manager National Operations, V.P Collections and SVP Collections overseeing call center, collection and trace operations for first party outsourcing, cure, reminder, primary contingency, secondary, tertiary, reserve recovery and purchased portfolios for National Canadian and U.S accounts receivable organizations.
Todd is a known industry expert in the areas of performance metric analysis, Workplan strategic development, staffing resource allocation modeling, as well as being ahead of the curve in the deployment of next generation technology.
As the head of Operations, Todd is responsible for achieving the company's reputation for performance excellence, consistency and the high levels of customer satisfaction.
Rob Yarmo- Vice President of Business Development
Rob is an industry veteran of over 30 years managing the relationships of many of the largest financial institutions, telecoms, utilities and governments in both Canada and the United States. Rob has an extensive background in Sales, General Management, Operations and Customer Service. His role with Common is the development of new strategic relationships and initiatives for the company.
Over his career, Rob has extensive experience in near-shore and off-shore programs in addition to working with companies throughout Canada in understanding the requirements and proposing creative solutions to meet their objectives. Rob is one of the country's most experienced ARM Relationship Managers.
Rob has served on the Board of the Canadian Credit Institute and is a renowned collection industry public speaker in Canada and the United States.
Kathleen Thomas - Administration Manager
Kathleen has over twenty years experience with Common Collections and has been a Client Care specialist for twenty years. As an integral part of our Management Team, she is a prime example of Common Collection Agency's ability to cultivate organic growth within our own organization
Kathleen oversees Common's Compliance requirements, Quality Control, Customer Service and Administration. Kathleen has an outstanding reputation amongst Common's clientele for delivering Customer Service excellence by consistently under-committing and over-delivering.
